Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and confidential information must be returned or destroyed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Abilene, Texas.
